If you carry a Delta Dental Premiere or PPO plan, your benefits will be applied seamlessly at our pre-negotiated, optimized network rates.

For all other PPO insurance providers, we practice as an unrestricted, independent provider. What this means for you: we answer to you, not an insurance corporation. Being unrestricted allows Dr. Bre to select premium materials, utilize advanced clinical technology, and offer personalized care without insurance administrators dictating your treatment plan.
We handle the paperwork for you.
You can still utilize your out-of-network benefits in our office. As a courtesy to you, our team handles 100% of the claim preparation and digital filing on your behalf to ensure your insurance company reimburses you as quickly as possible.
Prior to any treatment, we will provide an estimate of your coverage so you can make informed decisions about your health.

Fee-for-service: pay directly for the visit at the time of care.
Membership plan: designed to cover your routine preventative care and discounted treatments with simple, predictable monthly pricing. A more affordable option if you visit regularly.

Yes! We are happy to offer Cherry and Care Credit financing options.
Cherry is a soft-credit check while Care Credit is considered a hard-credit inquiry.
